No. Onyxarro is headquartered in Hastings, New Zealand. We serve Australian clients remotely. Every part of the engagement (audit, brief, build, revisions, launch) runs over email, with deposit and final payment via Stripe.
What currency do you bill in?
Native on the invoice. The site has a live currency switcher that displays converted prices in AUD, but Stripe charges and your card processor converts at the spot rate. You see the AUD equivalent before you pay.
How does support work across timezones?
Email-only support, response within 24 hours on business days. Onyxarro runs on NZST/NZDT (UTC+12/+13), only 2–3 hours ahead of AEDT/AEST. Most Australian business days overlap fully with ours. We are not a phone-call agency, by design.
Do you charge Australian GST?
No. As a New Zealand-based supplier exporting digital services to Australian customers, GST is not added to the invoice. Your business can typically claim our invoice as a deductible foreign service expense; your accountant will confirm.
